The hotel's restaurant serves exclusively to guests, offering dishes made from locally sourced, seasonal produce. The menu includes fresh homemade pasta with options like lemon and gorgonzola or garlic and Serrano ham, farm-raised chicken prepared on request, and homemade lemon pie. Guests can enjoy breakfasts composed of regional products in the inner courtyard or order light dishes like soups, salads, cheeses, charcuterie, oysters, pasta, and burgers at any time.
